REACTOR BLINDING, FLANGE REMOVAL, DE-BLINDING
CHSC personnel have the experience, hand tools, pneumatic tools, flange spreaders etc. as required to install blinds and remove flanges and many ways prior to catalyst unloading. At the conclusion of catalyst loading CHSC will remove blinds and install flanges and manway.
