John Wooten - President and founder of Catalyst Handling Service Company (CHSC), has accumulated 30 years of uninterrupted service in the catalyst handling industry. During this time he has managed in excess of 200 major turnarounds in the United States, Australia, Venezuela, Indonesia and Thailand. John’s background includes all fixed bed, multi bed, fluid bed and tubular reactor processes. A graduate of the University Of Houston, an inventor and publisher of articles on catalyst handling in the Oil and Gas Journal.
Ira Westerfield - Manager of Safety and Training with 14 years of service to the industry. Extensive “hands on” experience in project management, and equipment operation. During the last 5 years he has developed and implemented all of the CHSC training and safety compliance documentation. Ira is a qualified OSHA 502 Instructor.
Chris Wooten - Operations Manager / Project Manager with 10 years experience. Chris is a qualified mechanic and has been responsible for the operations management at our NE office, and Gulf Coast operations servicing Motiva, Coastal, Valero, Hess Oil, Sunoco, Hovensa, Conoco, Dupont, Honeywell, Exxon Mobil, Sunoco and others.
Glenn Richard - Regional Manager / Project Manager with 24 years of uninterrupted service in the catalyst handling industry. Glenn has performed responsibilities in Operations Management, Sales and Estimating, Shutdown Planning, and Safety and Training. A graduate of McNeese State with extensive experience managing all fixed bed, multi-bed, fluid bed and tubular reactor processes.
